We ship worldwide via FedEx!
15 USD flat fee on all international orders.
Free shipping on all international orders above 250 USD.
We are responsible for the customs duties and taxes.
Please note that all prices indicated and payments made on this site are in United States Dollar (USD) currency.
We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
PROCESSING AND TIMING
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible! You will receive an email containing your tracking information once your order ships out.
It typically takes 1 business day to process and dispatch your order. If you place your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll start processing your order on the following business day. Once processed, orders are shipped at 4 pm Monday - Friday from our Istanbul, Turkey HQ.
Typical FedEx delivery time for international orders is 3-5 business days.
RETURNS
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise with all original tags, purchased from truproject.net, within 10 days from the date you received your order, only if your items are returned in the original condition within the original packaging.
Please note that you will be responsible for any return shipping fees and original shipping charges.
If you want to exchange or return an item, please first contact us via e-mail support@truproject.net for instructions on how to make your return. Please do not send back anything without contacting us, because this may result delays and fees in the return process and therefore in refunds.
After we start your return process, please send your pre-paid and insured package via FedEx to the address below. Please email your tracking number to us at support@truproject.net so we can keep track of your return. Returning with another courier will cause in reverse duties & taxes, in that scenario you will be responsible for those charges.

Once we have received and accepted your return, we will make a refund of the value of the returned product within 7 business days. Please note that it may take longer before you see the transaction on your account. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund has been processed & issued.
